How long will it take for my order to be dispatched?
Most of our items are handmade to order. Please allow 7-14 business days for production before your unique piece is shipped.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our blackened decor worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.
What happens if my item arrives broken?
Due to the fragile nature of our resin and ceramic casts, accidents can happen. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage to arrange a replacement.
Can I cancel or amend my order?
As we begin the crafting process quickly, cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase. We cannot guarantee amendments once production has started.
Are your products ethically sourced?
Absolutely. All bone-style replicas are cast from hand-sculpted molds using high-quality resins, and any organic materials used are ethically and legally sourced.
How should I clean and care for my blackened decor?
We recommend using a soft, dry microfiber cloth to dust your items. Avoid harsh chemicals or prolonged exposure to direct sunlight to preserve the deep pigments.
